 New Build

• Pre-Drywall: An inspection of the framing, wiring, and plumbing before the drywall and insulation is installed.
• Final Walk-through: An inspection of the house once the builder completes it and prior to closing.

One and Two Year Warranty

• An inspection of the home prior to the builder's warranty expires. Generally done after 11 or 23 months of ownership.

Roofs should always be inspected. That's why we have teamed up with Prime Roofing, a Licensed Roofing Company,  to offer a FREE Roof Inspection. 

Let us know if this is a service you want and we will take care of scheduling your FREE roof inspection for you. It is typically completed at the same time as your Home Inspection. 

 If you need a termite inspection to be completed,  I can provide this service.  Termite inspections are done by Pest Control Solutions.  The fee for this service is $60.00 if ordered at the same time as the Home Inspection.

Scorpions live in the desert and so do we.  I can provide you with a scorpion inspection done at the property in the early evening. This is a visual inspection of the home's interior and exterior (including the grounds).
The fee for this service is $150.00.
